Dstv taken from people with out a decoder
Since Aug 2020 We struggle to get a refund for my father. Dstv activated his account without his consent. He does not even have the Dstv anymore, but they deducted fees on June 2020, July 2020 and August 2020. Documents was send in for refund in August 2020 for an amount of R2 127. To date no full response. When ask, they said they will refund an amount of r869. What about the rest? Then to my shock 01 Aug 2021 another debit order went of for R869. Really. This person does not have Dstv.
