On 13th December 2023 we upgraded our devorder to the new hd pvr ultra. We were given a takealot voucher as a bonus to the value of a R1000.00. The voucher kept on giving us errors on reporting the problem we where informed that they will issue us with a new voucher on 25th January 2024. But no voucher and no luck dealing with the operators. We are just being informed they will escalate the problem. It's really frustrating to pay for a service. Upgrade your decoder with a nice bonus. Which you cant use
