DSTV take money from pensioner

I upgraded to DSTV Premium the first week in April. When I upgraded I was told by the lady I spoke to that I had to pay the prorata higher subscription fee immediately. I did so by EFT and sent proof of payment. Big was my surprise when I saw the same amount was also deducted from my debit order at the end of the month. Five phone calls and many emails later I still do not have my money back. Perhaps I also should cancel DSTV and move to Netflix
