Dstv take money but dont give service

I paid my dstv online via my banking app on the 21st of december I emailed my proof of payment to dstv like 50 times today is the 26th of december my dstv is not working... I have phone dstv so many times I spent about R400 on airtime phoning dstv and each time they tell me my dstv should be working in 30 minutes But until today its not working I have phoned them so much I have all this stress because of dstv.. What happened to S..A.A IS gonna happen to dstv .....the movies are so old and they repeat them a million times they show children stuff on all the movie channels dstv sucks I want my money back that they took on 21 december without giving me service ! My cell nr *** Phone nr ***

I advise anyone to rather take netflix dstv is busy dying with our money

Dstv where is my movies since I paid for add movies aswell and its not on my package Im very anoid I spent about R400 phoning multichoice allready since 21 dec ..the amount I paid whas for extra movies aswel from 21 dec to 9 jan and I dont have it so dstv you owe me money !!!
