DSTV take it or leave it attitude.

I was astounded when I received my DSTV debit order notification this month and to my horror saw that my monthly charge went up with more 21%. I contacted DSTV on their site and had to try and get some clarification from them, but the bod kept on going in circles. Eventually I ended up with an agent, DS/Aluwani Nndnzobi, The same happened here as it went in circles again. I was apparently in price lock which ended last month. I had no advice of this ending nor offered an extension, just increasing my monthly subscription by more than 21%. I can now fully understand why their subscribers are leaving in their thousands. The channels are reduced on a regular base, but the cost keep getting more. So pay more for less. Well I am seriously considering following the other subscribers and make a run for the bushes as I do not think we should support a company that do not care for their clients.
