Dstv system reboots the hole day and still didn't received any help from dstv multichoice

I'm fed up with dstv multichoice, still didn't received any help for dstv about my system that's rebooting , still don't have any view on the tv , I've exchange the decoder 8 times and changed the power supply, reset the decoder , I'm very disgusted with dstv and just tooked put the contract with dstv but dont receive any help from them, I know I have 12 months warranty but dstv seems to just don't about there loyal clients
