DSTV System just disconnects my decoder's services

I got to my decoder today and it had an E16 error normally not an issue to resolve, however when I called the call center they told me that my decoder had been discontinued and all services removed, so no problem PUT THEM BACK, the answer is \Well our system is offline and we cant do anything"that is after I spent 15 minutes trying to get this issue sorted out"
