Dstv system errors 27
I'm very tired of dstv every after 3 months I have to complain; I took a price lock subscription for 945 but I'm being charged extra and there is no explanation as to why their systems keeps on making errors this month I was supposed to pay 1019 but now I'm being told to pay R1,234 which is 198 extra and i was owing R945 for pricelock and R70 boxoffice but now i have to pay more, this is not what I signed up for your systems keeps on making errors now I must pay for them.

Kindly be advised that you are Subscribed to the Payment Plan for R949.00 per month.
You have also insured your Explora decoder for R35.00 per month.
Your contribution is R984.00 per month excluding Box Office rentals.
Our records show that on the 26.03.2018 you pay an amount of R950.00, which was only enough to cover yur Payment Plan.
1. We did not receive payment for the insurance.
2. Your 2 Box Office rentals for the month of March were also unpaid
Your account currently reflects an overdue balance of R105.00 that’s need to be paid immediately.
