DSTV switch-off of Select 2 is immoral

I have been a user of DSTV Select 2 for many years because I prefer to relax in my home language, prefer to follow the News in Afrikaans and my wife follows the soapies on channel 144. Now DSTV has decided to cut Select 2 from the end of October 2019. In order to retain channel 144, we have to upgrade to the Premium package at an unaffordable cost, as we are retired with close to zero pension. I had a call from DSTV yesterday, offering me the family package at the same price as the Select 2 package and the agent tried to convince me that we will not lose anything, as the news in Afrikaans and the soapies such as Binnelanders will still be available; however, I found out that these will be the previous season's episodes. What kind of deal is that? DSTV needs to offer a cancellation option on their website, as that is what I need to do next. I could not find such option.
