DSTV switch missing
I purchased the new DSTV Explorer through the DPP sms promotion. When i opened the box with my installer - the DSTV switch was missing from the box. I therefore had to purchase one for R740. 00 from the installer in order for him to go ahead with the installation. This is unacceptable. Why should it cost me more money when it should have been in the box already??? How do i go about being refunded for this?
