Dstv suspended

I paid for a DSTV Stream compact package on the 1st of August 2025, but up until today i am unable to stream. My money has gone to waste, because i paid for a service that i cant access! Ive contacted the CallCentre numerous times and none of the agents seems to be able to assist me, instead they decided to suspend also home package.
