DSTV Supscription

if there was a zero or a minus on this rating i would choose that, i go through the same problem everymonth and this company is not doing anything about it. i pay my moms supsciption everymonth who actually live in another province but everyweek i have to get a call from her with the DSTV being closed while payment is done every month. the problem is escalated to *** but even today i have to call in, they tell me about the whatsapp query line but i dont need that because i cant be sending whatsapps everyweek for the DSTV to play, it is irritating and very incosiderate for a company giving service but cant remove an unknown bill that keeps on blocking my account
