I'm not happy with this DSTV-accredited installer, a guy by the name of Chris came to our house to check our signal, 1 he apparently put in a new part in our ceiling which we didn't even see, and not even sure if there was anything installed there but had to pay for .2. He took our smart LNB and we asked him just after he left to bring it back that was on the 27th October and he hasn't brought it back.

how does multi choice accredit people who come to our houses and ***** our things?

Chris must just bring back our LNB, he says he does not use 2nd hand parts but how will the next person to whom he is going to use our LNB know if it is new or 2nd hand while he doesn't even show you the new part he claims to install?????
