DSTV support sucks...

OK, so we all know that DSTV won't respond to this complaint - they never do... But for what it's worth,they are useless and it's no surprise that they are losing market share to other streaming media providers. They offer a WhatsApp service for support yet their WhatsApp agents don't actually try to help. All they do is provide some scripted response to make you feel better. Useless service and when you consider what you pay compared to some of the alternatives, I'm surprised they are still in business.
