DSTV Supplying Explora without multiswitch

I changed my contract to the newly advertised R849 contract that include the Explora. Upon receiving the box, we found that no multiswitch is included. When we phoned the call centre, we were told that unfortunately only some of the stock include the switch, and some not. It all depends and the distribution centre, if you received a box with a switch or not. You now need to purchase a switch for R899 which makes the decoder more expensive than purchasing it directly. It seams like when purchasing the Explora through the contract, they supply dedicated boxes without the switch, I order to make more money. <br> <br> I would like feedback from DSTV where I can collect the multiswitch or else to cancel the contract in order for me to purchase one directly that includes the switch for much cheaper. <br>
