DSTV/ Supersport ignoring queries and not broadcasting main tennis events

Dear DSTV/ Supersport,

You cannot just choose to ignore inquiries because you feel like it or give email addresses on your Instagram profile that go to inboxes that are no longer operational and hence are undelivered. Please explain why I'm busy paying for the full package mainly for the sports and only to be shown repeats. Last week the QATAR WTA 1000 event was on - nothing was there on Supersport. This week the Dubai WTA 1000 event is on, still nothing on Supersport. On Sunday Supersport was busy repeating matches from the Australian open - how does that make any sense, are the results of who won going to change; how many times is Supersport planning on repeating the same tournament??? This week and last week instead of showcasing WTA 1000 events, Supersport is busy showing ATP 500 events or repeats of the Australian open, can I get an understanding of what the logic is here??
