DSTV SUCKS!!!!!!!,pRICELOCK SUC**** SELLING US A A PROBLEM NOT A SOLUTION.

I have a price lock package with DSTV and has been experiencing problems since 2017 wish I never renewed for the 2nd time.I missed two payments and they also changed their billing system which meant I accrued new charges,Did a payment arrangement.I should pay R650.00 wanted to cover the arrears and advised that I will pay and additional R550.00 so I will pay R1200.00 every month or more.They disconnected my service and advised me the payment arrangement is null and void because there R147.00 something that was not accounted for and that increased to R997.00 I asked for what and how can it move from R147.00 to R997.00 in 13 days and didnt get a answer.They advised I should pay R1888.00 to get my service reconnected and just bluntly ignored the payment arrangement.The thing is they disconnect our service and still expect us to pay for the days or months that we were disconnected and still charge us reconnection fees.Customer service is poor when you need help and we just advise we should wait for the pricelock team.It took me 10 days just get assistance to load the arrangement and un top of that they only phone once and if they don't reach you then you must go to the process again.I feel like posting all the screen shots of there incompetence on there social media pages and my broad forums etc.Please assist your clients DSTV as your customer service sucks.Wanted to escalate my query to the higher powers that be but the dstv help,call centre,and social media teams blatantly refused I need assistance.When you request for team leaders or escalations/complaints dpt contacts or there ceo's office they refuse as well.
