Dstv sucks!!!

Dstv’s app and record of accounts and payments suck!! I have spent R100 on phone calls and many hours trying to correct incorrect billing. I downgraded on their app and it didn’t reflect so they charged me the premium rate. Then they reversed it, but now after paying double this month and instead of my account being in credit, I still owe them!!! To try and get them to see they owe me is virtually impossible and will cost me more on calls than the credit they owe me!! I think they bank on you giving up. It’s a disgrace…
