DSTV sucks

I was supposed to pay R 771.00 on my account however I paid R 1.700,00 in error.

I was advised Twitter to send POP, Bank statement and ID and I did send the documents on the 25/08/2020.

I was advised that I will be refunded within 7 - 14 days

12 days later (10/09/2020) I was advised that the refund was declined because the bank statement is old.

The strange part is that the POP reflects the same account number on the old bank statement.

emails were also sent to *** (ref ***4 and ***7) and *** (ref ***8)

I need to be refunded as in yesterday
