Dstv sucks

I have been trying since the 21st to get a decoder transferred to my name. Every time I call I get another story. Last call was tonight and I was was cut off after nearly 30 minutes. Oh I know that you can go to a satellite shop but there is not one nearby. Surely email is easier?
