DSTV SUCKS AGAIN!!!!
<p>I hate DSTV especially the call centre and all its broken promises, the inabillity to speak to the same person, this includes the supervisors and their managers, hours of phone calls, abuse of debit orders, system errors. This problem has been persisting since December 2015, I have referece numbers as long as my arm and yet each time I call I have to start from scratch. I have had had previous issues that were only attended to once I reverted to social media. I would appear as though I would save myself months of frustration and phone calls I do not use the call centre and just start with social media. The last reference no was ********** 0-i121</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

This" soon as possible" is starting to look like the typical service I got from the call cantre. Not a single person has contacted me to date. MULTIUCHOICE STILL SUCKS, I wonder if this problem will ever be resolved.

It is now 27 Sept and have still not had a call from DSTV(Multichoice) since reverting to social media, What do I stand to do? Who can Help me? Looks like social media is also not the answer anymore either. Is there any way that I can contact top management directly. My mail adress is ********** tel no ********** 889 if anybody can please put me in contact with someone that can help. Please!!!!
