DSTV Sucks!!!!

Dstv sucks. Stood in a queue at their offices at N1 City for 2 hours yesterday to get my account reactivated. Got home and nothing worked. This morning I called their office and had to wait on hold for 20 minutes. When I eventually got through, the "agent" took me through some steps but eventually couldnt help me. I had to figure out the problem myself. The Dstv self service site is useless. It's so delayed they cant even log you on. The new Whatsapp option is a disaster. You're communicating with a machine that can't even match your ID no with your surname and takes ages to reply. What did all this inconvenience cost me? Only R1599 that they happily took from me yesterday. What did I get in return?....Channel 100. Thank you Multichoice for all you have done for me. Essential service my ****.
