Dstv sucks

I have been promised since 28/03/2021 that a manager would contact me with regards to my query and the continuous issues that is met with a "sorry sir its the system, there's nothing I can do. emails have been sent to the following managers : Denver Manuel and Navomonie Pillay. To date no feedback received. I called today and was told a new manager by the name of Denver(a different one from the before-mentioned I am told. NOT an updated version, as this Denver operates with the same enthusiasm as all other Denvers at multichoice ) will call in the next 10 mins - needless to say I probably deserve no feedback for believing dstv agents would actually stay true to their commitments.
