DStv sucks

Im not very pleased with the service of DStv, reason my husband is unemployed and I am making his payment for DStv every month.They keep disconnecting it every month after payment is made .They say we owe them so much and we pay what the bill gives us .Now the DStv is disconnected and I made payment on the 23rd of December, please can they tell me why do they always disconnect us what's their problem.Im not happy with there service at all

Im still waiting for it to be connected it's under my husband's name Roderick David.You keep doing the same thing every month by disconnecting it and the moment you are exposed of doing it you want to resolve the matter fast. You know payment gets made on month end but yet you disconnect in the middle of the month 😡
