DSTV sucks

Am so disgusted with DSTV , l paid my account on their DSTV App on the 30th of June l paid what the system told me to pay this morning l got an sms that my service has been disconnected. I phoned their call centre l got told that l owe R13 from where l don't know to my suprise why was the amount not added and get shown on the DSTV when l was paying? I requested the amount that l owe on DSTV App before l pay it showed me that l owe R328 and l paid that amount using Paypoint now am told a different story that the billing was wrong how while the DSTV App is their App that they recomend their customer to use. They offer specials to the customers and when comes to payments there is always a story this is the second time happening. I feel lime taking my money to somewhere else that is why l downgraded my package and started using Netflix because DSTV sucks
