DSTV sucks

So your offered a discount on the next package, but every month you need to call in because the amount due is not the amount you need to pay and awaiting for them again to escalate the issue. So I decided you know what rather put me back on my previous package, the Response?? Ok but you can pay the amount due and than we will deduct it next time. I swear if I didn't enjoy my programs I would cancel DSTV there's always issues with them. Can someone also create same DSTV services with better operating services.....
