DSTV SUCKS!!!!

I have been a customer of DSTV for over 20 years. Over the years their service has deteriorated and now non existent! Some advice DO NOT pay Dstv with your debit card online. They do not give you an option to enter an amount. Once you have entered all your details, it debits you immediately with the amount they think you owe them. I have been trying for over a month now to get a refund for being overcharged but to no avail. The agents working at the call centre are *********** and very unhelpful. You cannot get to speak to someone senior who can actually make a decision. They are guarded like Fort Knox!!!! Every time I spoke to an agent I was told it is being processed only to receive an SMS weeks after, stating they require documentation from me to be able to assist. It turns out that the documentation required is proof of payment and yet they can see on the system, I was over charged and that the funds are in their account. So it seems like a fruitless exercise in trying to get my money back. I happy to say that I will be cancelling my subscription with them and be rid of a service provider that rips people off and has had the monopoly for way to long. Thanks goodness there are now service providers that offer better viewing and at much cheaper rates. DSTV YOU SUCK AND SO DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION AS A WHOLE!!!
