DSTV sucks
I made a double payment, in error, into DSV's bank account, by mistake, and logged a call for a refund as that money was supposed to go toward my Municipality account, this happened on 4/11/2023, and I still have not received my refund although I have followed up twice and was given a ref number. These guys are very quick to suspend your services but are not willing to refund a person in time... today is the 10th of December... no refund!! Disgusting!!
