DStv sucks
Today is the 8th and I’m still waiting to be assisted on the DStv WiFi route that came on the 28th feb and has yet to work!i rely on internet daily for work and this is so frustrating the level of incompetence is out of this world…I even just wanna cancel my explora I’ve wasted over 200 bucks of etym calling up to 3 times a day since the 1st.

08 Mar 2022, 15:13Ive just tried contacting your customer service again the WiFi has not been loaded….this needs to be resolved immediately as in before end of business today or come fetch your router!end the contract this is nonsense I work from home I cannot afford another hold up.refund me my money and fetch your router!
