Dstv sucks

Reversed my premium last month as I was paying for repeated shows on Dstv, unable to get hold of any agents to assist with my query, now I download the app to Check the amount that I need to pay next month, I'm being charged double not sure for what.. Someone better call me to get this sorted out, that debit of +-1200 must not go off my account, might aswel cancel with you guys since you also have poor customer service
