DSTV SUCKS
I have agreed to take out a fixed price contact with DSTV for an Explorer on the 24/02/2018. It was supposed to take 3 to 5 days for delivery. Till today nothing received. I call their call centre everyday to check but the department that handles this does not take incoming calls and no one can assist. All the supervisors say they will escalate the issue and someone will call me however no ever does. There is absolutely no way of communicating with the people that handle the contracts. I even asked for the procedure to cancel and guess what, they have to escalate and someone will call me to cancel. DSTV is a joke and they have no helpful employees. So frustrated
