DSTV Sucks

I have been receiving calls from Dstv agents trying to sell me the explora decoder and I said no. Suddenly I'm having issues with the channels I watch the most, they dissappear or constantly have an error. I called the customer service and the agent was not helpful and not interested. She told me that the fault is on my decoder and I must take it to Dstv outlet, which I think it's ridiculous. If the decoder is faulty all the channels should be affected not specific channels. I'm sick and tired of being treated like Dstv is doing me a favor I pay R399 monthly for this service. I don't have time to go to their outlet and if they can't send the signals for all the channels on the Compact package then please cancel my subscription and refund me my money. Open view and Netflix doesn't have these problems The whole weekend I couldn't watch my favorite shows, I don't have access to Mzanzi. magic. I'm so annoyed right now, if this issue is not resolved, please cancel and refund my money
