DSTV sucks!

My account is up to date, yet this morning DURING THE OLYMPIC GAMES!! your system decides to give an error code and now we can't watch a thing! This is beyond annoying and then you encourage a person to go onto Whatsapp with the query but the bot can only answer generic questions. No one is anwering at the call centre in fact there is no actually ringing at all, I think you guy know you've got serious problems so have simply decided to not take any calls. We pay our massive premium by debit order every month yet you decide to penalize us for no reason. As for your dismal reviews on this platform, clearly you don't care less what your customers say. Shocking service to say the least!
