Dstv sucks

On dstv catchup, you get an ad before program begins. That ad is lagging and now u sit and watch a nivea ad everytime for 5 minutes before your program starts. If you pause, and play again... your program starts from the begining again. How many times must how many people complain before dstv fix the app? How many times before they get theyre act rogether? Cant go on like this.
