DSTv sucks

Have been with DSTv for many many years, but getting to the point of terminating my account with them. Watched (tried to watch) channel 215 wen screen went blank with error E16-4. Cleared error code using website, just to get a blank screen again with error code E18-4. Could not clear the error as this option is not available on website to clear. Phoned DSTv, had to listen for about 1 minute to useless information before being asked to type in either ID number, Smartcard number or account number. None was recognised by the system. Got through to agent who tried to clear the error, which did not work immediately, but was cleared after rebooting.

Same thing happened again within 5 minutes. This time error code E16-4 was not cleared using website, had to phone again with the same problems as the first time. After a struggle the error was cleared.

However, since then the codes E16-4 and E18-4 appear randomly, clears itself just to occur later.

Totally unacceptable, and maybe it is time to pull the plug!!
