Dstv suck

Our service stopped working on the 9th May, we tried everything from unplugging cables to restarting the decoder. The WhatsApp chat bot is useless. I emailed DStv and someone called saying we need to get an installer and have the signal tested, obviously there will be a fee between R360-R450 which we are not going to pay as we paid our subscription for the month of May and got no service on the 9th up until today. I messaged DStv on Facebook messenger and I was advised E48-32 means there's no signal like we don't know thst.This is not fair. We will be taking the satellite off and will make a fire on it to braai meat.
