DSTV SUCK.!!!!
This has been the worst worst experience ever.. I really dont know what to do anymore. Still waiting for the Agent (as promised by Sandile who is now ignoring my emails) to phone and confirm our monthly subscribtion for the past 2weeks. Our service was cut off on Sunday whilst the money was available and no deibit order ran. We paid via eft this morning and now the extra view is off. Still waiting for the refund also.

22 Nov 2020, 13:01Its been 3 weeks i am still waiting. And Amanda promised to phone me after 48hours. Still nothing. I just dont know what to do any more. Still waiting for Sandile also its been more than a month to get my refund for the months we paid for XtraView without getting service.
