Dstv suck

On the 1st of December I claimed my "Free upgrade to DSTV Premium" reward. I received an email stating that the upgrade will be active on 15 December. On 15 December the package upgrade was not activated. I logged several escalations and followed up regularly but I have received no feedback.

Every time I follow up via their chat channel, they say they will provide feedback which I have not received
