DSTV Suck...

Worst Company ever Worst Customer Service ever ....Please stay away from this company, their billing system is not up to scratch ...had a 24month contract ,contract expired end of Feb 2023 , all monies was deducted via debit order , no missed payments no monies in arrears .Cancelled with DSTV end of Feb and now received a letter of demand for outstanding amount of R260. How can there be money outstanding if this was paid via debit order? Contacted DSTV and tried to find out how this could be possible as ithe account was paid via debit order and DSTV determined the debit order amount? DSTV makes mistakes and the customer get threatening lawyers letters???? STAY AWAY FROM DSTV .... Won't even mention how they loaded extra services to my account without my consent (Disney +) and expected us to pay for it ....Dishonest ....No sorry , No apology.... Rather stream your content and stay away from DSTV....DSTV like a bad rash that just won't go away...
