Dstv such a flop

Hi everyone.

I have received terrible service from dstv... I took ownership over a certain decoder which was fine however there was credit on the previous owners acc that I need to be moved over to my account. Myself and the previous owner were told to send emails n call to which we did however 2 months later, nothing has been done. I have been more than patient, calling and being taken from pillar to post n still I had been patient.

I sincerely regret getting dstv, at this point thinking of moving over to Netflix.
