DSTV subsription - channels removed

I decided to subscribe to DTSV again, after a year or so. I was very thrilled to find out that box office can be obtained through the compact package as we don't watch that much DSTV. This morning my children informed me animal planet is no longer part of our package. I phoned DSTV and they just rep**** that Animal planet, National Geographic and Nat Wild have been moved to premium. Never mind what I signed up for and what was sold to me when I signed up. It was just removed but it is still showing on the web as part of the compact package. Sorry mam. This is *********. I will not support DSTV.
