DSTV SUBSCRIPTION WHICH IS NOT VALID ANYMORE!!!!

I have been calling the DSTV line to engage with them about the notice that I have been getting for the past two years. I have not had DStv for more than 3 years and they keep on sending me notifications that I am in arrears!!! I had a streaming package a looooongg time ago. I dont even own a TV anymore!!!!!! I am responsible for the costs every month that they deduct from my account. There is NO MONEY in that account and therefore, I am accruing debt for "insufficient funds" Eventually, when I visited the bank, they informed me it was for insurance on my OLD account number which has been inactive since 2014. They make me SICK. When you call them to stop the debit order, the stupid machine transfers you from one line to another and eventually you end up at the beginning of the options. When you use the Whatsapp option, you don't get anywhere. I am SICK AND TIRED OF DSTV THAT AS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
