Dstv subscription ********

Hi dstv has been abusing my account for two months now I have not been pay R168, 00for decoders because one of their consultant called said they ll give m discount to pay that 168,00 because I'm a loyal customer then all of sudden they say my subscription has been canceled without informing me, and when I call them they tell me different story sometimes they drop phone on me some of their consultants are rude especially the colored lady she was eating while talking to m she drop the phone on me. This month only the month of December my subscription have changed from R168.00 to R350. 00. R374. 00, R466. 00, up to R520 in one month you could see that these people are ******** people because they want month for December and their managers are quite when call them all the time they say we ll escalate this matter to managers but no feedback 1
