DSTV subscription hostage

Trying to downgrade my subscription for 3 months... everytime its a different story. First it was call back next month and then call back after your payment... now i cant get through to call centre. The voice recording changes everytime I call. The WhatsApp line is useless and i have to keep starting the same conversation over and over.
