DSTV Subscription fees, Transaction fees, subscrition reversals and payment reversals.

Since DSTV has upgraded its systems, I have had a problem with the billing. I asked for a debit order payment method to go through on the 1st. on the 3rd i was shocked to receive an sms that my amount is still due. When i call i was even more shocked to learn that there is an amount on R35 "Subscription Fee" added to my account. This amount was a Pro-rata for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I did not understand that I am being charged a pro-rata plus my subscription fee. Its not the first time this had happened Oct last year I was charged +/- R60 for pro-rata subscription fee and R50 for late payment on a R110 package and was told that it will be credited back to my account but i was never credited back. That month I paid R356 from my normal payment of R209. Im still waiting to be credited. Even the consultants cannot explain what the amounts being added to our statements mean. I have had 2 diffrent explanations of what the Subscription fee means.
