Dstv subscription

I was sent an SMS with an amount to pay before 08/08/21. I made the payment on the 08 August 21 and everything was well up until the 13/08/21 when my account was suspended when the due amount was paid.....I have spoken with 2 consultants and they both promised that their managers will give a called back and I'm still waiting n my account still suspended in the meantime
