DSTV streaming services shoddy customer care

What shoddy customer service!!! 8 phone calls and still no resolution. I was streaming happily and all of a sudden no channels no movies no nothing. DSTV had no problem collecting my debit order of R699 for streaming services. Apparently nobody can find my account anymore and this apparently is now my problem to solve despite the fact that the debit order is going through without issues.

2 hours on the phone in total and not one person phoned me back. Nee regtig DSTV!!!
