DSTV Streaming Service Not Market Ready!

The DSTV Streaming service is not ready for market. I have credited R1600 to my DSTV account and I have been trying to buy the DSTV Premium Streaming Package (R799) using my laptop and phone with no success. Four DSTV agents opted to escalate the matter because even they could not understand what the problem was.

When DSTV finally connected me on 22/11/2023, an agent told me that I can only stream on one device at a time. When I showed an agent that the DSTV Premium Streaming Package is advertised as offering 2 Streams, she opted to ESCALATE the matter AGAIN! I have literally been talking to DSTV agents every single day for an entire week just to get them to deliver a service which is supposed to be basic. A vivid reminder of why I decided to cancel my DSTV subscription back in 2019. What a shame!
