Dstv streaming service issues resolved

Thank you DStv (Help/ Hellopeter team) for finally resolving the issues around my dad's streaming service connection problem. It was a challenging two weeks communicating two and fro, but I give credit for being committed to resolving the problem.

Honestly, my dad was ready to give up and cancel the service altogether until he was eventually connected and ready to have access to some of his favourites over the coming winter season.

I am still apprehensive about encountering similar issues in future. My main areas of concern was the call centre making it sound that the problem was unsolvable. That just made things sound hopeless and stressful in communication through the different channels. I hope there won't be any more issues for my dad and I am glad to confirm that he is eager to connect next month again.

Thank you for all the hard work that went into fixing my dad's account and getting him connected again.
