DSTV streaming service ??

Bought DSTV streaming this month to be able to watch the Uefa Euro Cup 2020. Had to get the premium package cause that was the only one you could watch the euro soccer on. On Monday night. I wouldn’t let me sign in and then when it did it said I didn’t exist. This was the 28/6. I was told by a customer care agent she’d call me back at 21:30. Today is Wednesday the 30/6 she never called back and since I’ve spoken to 8 people that don’t listen to your complaint and errors and give you their advice on how to fix the error and then they ask. What else may we help you with? I was like you haven’t helped me with my problem let’s fix that first. Then I get told to have a lovely day at 22:00 at night. Needless to say been pushed from pillar to post and DSTV streaming service is just as bad. If not worse than DStv. I recal now why we cancelled ours 3 years ago. However they hold the monopoly to watch such big sport events. Going on three days later and we still can’t watch what we paid for.
